INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Banana
- 2 Fresh figs
- Handful of blueberries
- 5ml cinnamon powder
- 1/4 Macadamia Milk
- 45ml Cultured Coconut cream
- 2 Honey combs (crumbed into big chunks of pieces)
- Seeds and Nuts (garnish)
- 1 box of Pancake mix from MacroMixes
- 15ml honey
- Coconut oil (to grease pan)

INSTRUCTIONS: to make 5 pancakes.
- Mash 1 banana, then add cinnamon and 1/4 cup milk of choice in a bowl. Mix together with a whisk
- Add 50g of Protein Pancake Premix and whisk again. Add blueberries and fold in the mixture
- Heat coconut oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Spoon 1 big tablespoon of mixture onto the pan, and flip when bubbles start to form. (Cover pan lid if necessary when cooking on one side first before flipping)
- For toppings, add Coconut cultured cream, honey combs, chopped fig, blueberries, drizzle honey and finish off with the seeds and nuts.
