Gluten-Free, No Sugar Bliss Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Banana 
  • 2 Fresh figs 
  • Handful of blueberries 
  • 5ml cinnamon powder 
  • 1/4 Macadamia Milk
  • 45ml Cultured Coconut cream 
  • 2 Honey combs (crumbed into big chunks of pieces)
  • Seeds and Nuts (garnish) 
  • 1 box of Pancake mix from MacroMixes 
  • 15ml honey
  • Coconut oil (to grease pan)

INSTRUCTIONS: to make 5 pancakes.

  • Mash 1 banana, then add cinnamon and 1/4 cup milk of choice in a bowl. Mix together with a whisk 
  • Add 50g of Protein Pancake Premix and whisk again. Add blueberries and fold in the mixture 
  • Heat coconut oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
  • Spoon 1 big tablespoon of mixture onto the pan, and flip when bubbles start to form. (Cover pan lid if necessary when cooking on one side first before flipping)
  • For toppings, add Coconut cultured cream, honey combs, chopped fig, blueberries, drizzle honey and finish off with the seeds and nuts. 
  • Enjoy
